The Riverside County Board of Supervisors will hold a special meeting on Monday, in addition to its regularly scheduled meeting the following day.
Because the last meeting of the Board was Nov. 4, a long agenda is expected next week and a meeting is being added to distribute agenda items over two days. Agenda items are expected to include six public hearings, some of which could be lengthy. Most of the consent- and policy-calendar items, and some other items, are expected to be handled at Monday’s meeting. Tuesday’s agenda will consist of several items continued to that day from previous meetings, as well as a number of public hearings.
In addition, the Board meeting originally scheduled for Dec. 16 will be canceled for lack of a quorum.
